Guidance and Counseling Program
Past Mt. Abraham students and graduates may request transcripts at any time. Requests must be made in writing and include the following information:
Name (maiden name)
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Year of Graduation or date last attended
Complete name and address of where you would like transcript sent
Official transcripts must be sent directly from our office to the recipient. You may request an unofficial transcript be sent directly to you. Please include $3.00 for each transcript you request. Send your request to:
