In this course students will address both the technical and expressive aspects of working with paint. The lessons will emphasize composition and technique through the elements and principles of design. Students will have the opportunity to work with a variety of paint types, from watercolor to oils. Both realistic and abstract work will be assigned. This course is helpful for building an art portfolio.
